The CIA-Grout 7425 is a high-strength, 3-component, 100% solids, flowable epoxy grouting system. It is designed to be used in a variety of structural grouting applications involving precision grouting of base plates and crane rails, between precast concrete members, and for use in vibratory and impact foundation areas. Product achieves exceptional compressive strength in as little as 24 hours.
Composition
CIA-Grout 7425 is a special blend of Bisphenol-A Epoxy combined with state of the art modified polyamine curing agents, and a specially formulated aggregate designed to maximize flowability and strength. The unique combination results in a chemical, impact and vibration resistant product that can cure in large masses without excessive heat build-up and consequent expansion and shrinkage during curing. The cured grout is able to withstand ongoing impact loading at elevated temperatures.
General Uses
CIA-Grout 7425 is ideally suited for several structural grouting applications requiring strength and durability including:
Precision grouting of base plates for heavy equipment
Grouting of crane and other types of rail
Foundations for vibratory and impact applications such as engines, mills, pumps, etc.
Grouting between structural precast concrete members
Suitable for all grouting applications requiring full bearing contact and no shrinkage
